SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to declare the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to sundry gifts, bequests and de-
vises contained in the Last Wills and Testaments of certain
persons, deceased, and also to certain gifts, grants, sales,
leases and deeds made by various persons to and for the use
and benefit of sundry ministerial persons, religious corpora-
tions, vestries, educational and charitable institutions,
churches, denominations or sects hereinafter named.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sanction and consent of said General Assembly
of Maryland be and the same is hereby declared, given and
granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises, grants, sales,
leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from certain persons
and bodies corporate to and for the use of certain ministerial
persons, religious and educational corporations, orders, deno-
minations and sects, and to certain charitable institutions
hereinafter named and as hereinafter set forth:

1. To Deed from Gustavus P. Rodgers and wife, to Third
Seventh Day Adventist Church, dated August 10, 1914, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2920, folio 457, etc.

2. To Deed from N. Irwin Gressitt, Trustee, to Maryland
Baptist Union Association, dated February 21, 1929, and re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4976, folio 153, etc.

3. To Deed from Irvin Sigael, Trustee, to Mission Board
of the Congregation Belonging to the Evangelical Lutheran
Synodical Conference of North America of Baltimore City,
dated May 10, 1938, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber M. L. P. No. 5822, folio 72, etc.

4. To Deed from The Hamilton Park Company to Calvary
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Hamilton, Incorporated,
dated June 17, 1918, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore County in Liber W. P. C. No. 499, folio 383.
