CHAPTER 661.
(House Bill 713)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
48A of Article 2B of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "County
Dispensaries", as enacted by Chapter 2 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, Special Session of 1933, to
create a Liquor Control Board for Montgomery County and
to fix its powers and duties; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Article 2B, Section 3, Sub-section 4, sub-titles
"Beer and Light Wine License, Class A. (Off Sale)", and
"Beer and Light Wine License, Class D. (On Sale)—Gen-
erally", so as to exempt Montgomery County from the
effect thereof; to add two new sections to Article 2B, to be
known as Section 48AAA and 48A-1, to provide for the issu-
ance and the revocation of alcoholic beverage licenses in
Montgomery County.

(House Bill 816)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments. Section
204 of Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Montgomery County", sub-title "County Treas-
urer", as the same was repealed and re-enacted by Chapter
541 of the Acts of the 'General Assembly of Maryland, Regu-
lar Session of 1933, prescribing the powers and duties of
the County Commissioners and County Treasurer in rela-
tion to the collection of taxes and receipts of monies due
the county and the deposit thereof, to prescribe the security
for such deposits, to relieve the treasurer's bond from lia-
bility from non-compliance therewith, and to provide for
the disposition of interest on such deposits.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 204 of Article 16 of the Code of Public
