election and succession of the government body of said
town, to be known as the Hillside Commission, which shall
have power to elect and enforce ordinances for the good
government, public health, safety and morals of said town,
and to authorize, empower and direct the Hillside Commis-
sion to make annual levies of not exceeding Ten Cents
($.10) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the as-
sessable value of land and personal property of the said
Town of Hillside, for the purpose of defraying the govern-
mental expenses of said town; and provide for the appoint-
ment of a Treasurer to receive and disburse said funds, and
also directing the Board of County Commissioners to pay-
over to said Treasurer of the Town of Hillside, for the pur-
pose of the improving, maintaining and repairing of the
roads, streets and alleys of said town, the money collected
on account of the County road and bridge tax, in the same
manner as is now required by law to be paid to incorporated
towns in said County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land,
That the citizens of the Town of Hillside, in Prince
George's County, are a body corporate by the name of the
Town of Hillside, and by that name shall have perpetual suc-
cession, sue and be sued, have and use a common seal, and
may purchase and hold or dispose of real and personal prop-
erty for the benefit. of said town.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the boundaries of
said town shall be as follows: To include the lines drawn as
boundaries on the plat of the Greater Capitol Heights sub-
division (now known as Hillside and by this Act incorpo-
rated as the Town of Hillside) according to the plat thereof
recorded in Liber B. D. S. No. 1, Folios 60 to 65, one of the
land records of said Prince George's County, State of Mary-
land, all of which is included in the following metes and
bounds:

Beginning at the point of intersection of Benning Road
and Marlboro Pike, so called in Seat Pleasant District, Prince
George's County, Maryland. Thence running with the cen-
ter of the Marlboro Pike, North 69 degrees, 34 minutes West
183. 48 feet. Thence north 78 degrees 04 minutes West 13. 86
feet. Thence North 73 degrees 19 minutes West 396. 00 feet.
Thence North 61 degrees 19 minutes 484. 44 feet. Thence
North 28 degrees, 04 minutes West 376. 05 feet. Thence South
87 degrees, 36 minutes West 759. 00 feet. Thence South 0
degrees, 39 minutes East 562. 83 feet. Thence North 72 de-
grees, 01 minutes West 661. 68 feet. Thence North 85 degrees,
16 minutes 30 seconds West 932. 40 feet. Thence South 21
