State Accident Fund shall perform such duties for the Comp-
troller of the Treasury, the State Roads Commission and the
State Accident Fund, respectively, as the Attorney General
may assign to them, and each shall be required to perform
such duties subject at all times to the direction and control
of the Attorney General.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1939.

AN ACT to add six new sections to Article 2A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Agriculture",
said new sections to be known as Sections 29 to 34, inclusive,
of said Article, to be under a new sub-title to be known as
"Trade Marks for Farm Products", and to follow imme-
diately after Section 28 of said Article, as enacted by Chap-
ter 437 of the Acts of 1937, authorizing the State Board of
Agriculture to establish trade marks or other insignia for
farm products of this State and to regulate the use thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That six new sections be and they are hereby added to
Article 2A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition),
title "Agriculture", said new sections to be known as Sections
29 to 34, inclusive, of said Article, to be under a new sub-title
to be known as "Trade Marks for Farm Products", and to fol-
low immediately after Section 28 of said Article, as enacted
by Chapter 437 of the Acts of 1937, to read as follows:
29. For the purposes of this sub-title, unless otherwise
required by the context:
(a) The term "Board" means the Maryland State Board of
Agriculture.
(b) The term "Department" means the Maryland State De-
partment of Markets of the Extension Service of the University
of Maryland.
(c) The term "person" means any individual, firm, corpora-
tion or association.
