a misdemeanor in office on the part of said Justice of the
Peace, as well as the constable so receiving the same, or any
part thereof and shall subject said Justice of the Peace and
Constable to removal by the judge or judges of the Circuit
Court for Prince George's County on conviction in a court of
law. And so far as such surety or sureties are concerned,
conviction of said Justice of the Peace or Constable, as the
case may be, shall constitute disqualification of such surety or
sureties for any future bond in any criminal case before a
Justice of the Peace or the Police Justice in Prince George's.
County.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby
declared to be an emergency law, and necessary for the imme-
diate preservation of public health and safety, and being
passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the Gen-
eral Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 236.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections
386 and 395 of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Prince George's Coun-
ty, " sub-title "Eagle Harbor, " and to add a new section to
said Article, said new section to be known as Section 395A
and to follow immediately after Section 395 of said Article,
relating to advertisements preceding elections, making it
optional to levy taxes and providing for a Park Commission.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 386 and 395 of Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Prince George's County, " sub-title "Eagle Harbor, " be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and
that a new1 section be and it is hereby added to said Article,
said new section to be known as Section 395A, to follow im-
mediately after Section 395 of said Article, and all to read as
follows:
