following purposes, to wit: (a) for the payment of the cost of
engraving or printing of said bonds and for the payment of
the cost of advertising authorized by this Act and all other in-
cidental expenses in connection with the issuance of said
bonds; (b) The remainder of the proceeds of the sale of said
bonds shall be paid over to the Board of Education of Fred-
erick County and shall be used, expended and applied by the
said board for the following purposes, to wit:
To pay for such proportions of the 1929 and 1930 school
construction as may remain unpaid on the date that the pro-
ceeds of the sale of said bonds herein authorized are available,
and to refund to the Board of Education such sums as may
have been temporarily financed by said Board of Education,
on the date on which the proceeds of the sale of said bonds
herein authorized become available, which items of the school
construction program to be refinanced and the refunds are as
follows:
(1) For the completion, construction, equipment, site and
grading of the Park Way School, forty-three thousand ($43, -
000) dollars.
(2) For the refunding the Board of Education for the re-
pairs and re-equipment of public school buildings in Frederick
County, thirty-six thousand dollars ($36, 000. 00).
The remainder of the proceeds from the sale of said bonds
after payments of the amount hereinabove authorized shall
be expended by the Board of Education of Frederick County,
with the approval of the Board of County Commissioners of
Frederick County, for the construction, reconstruction, equip-
ping, re-equipping, furnishing and refurnishing one or more
public school buildings in Frederick County.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners for Frederick County shall cause to be levied and
collected from the assessable property of Frederick County such
taxes as may be sufficient to pay for the interest on the out-
standing bonds issued in pursuance of this Act as the same
may fall, due and also such further additional sums as may be
required to retire and redeem said bonds when and as the same
shall mature, until all of them shall have been retired. And
said taxes shall be collected in like manner as other taxes levied
in Frederick County are collected, and when collected shall be
applied to the payment of the interest on outstanding bonds,
and for the redemption of the same as they may mature and
become payable.
