CHAPTER 151.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments' Sections 39,
41 and 42 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
entitled "Elections," sub-title "Intermediate Registration,''
as the said sections were amended by Chapter 355 of the Acts
of Assembly of 1929, so as to provide that Revision Day shall
take place after the days of registration, and authorizing the
registration of voters who present removal certificates on the
day of revision.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 39, 41 and 42 of Article 33 of the Code
of Public General Laws, entitled "Elections/7 sub-title "Inter-
mediate Registration/' as the said sections were amended by
Chapter 355 of the Acts of Assembly of 1929, be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows:
