diate preservation of the public health and safety, and hav-
ing been passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses of
the General Assembly, the same shall take effect from the date
of its passage.

CHAPTER 22.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 2
of Chapter 212 of the Acts of 1927, entitled "An Act to
abolish the Board of Game Wardens of Allegany County,
Maryland, as provided for in Chapter 282 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916, and to direct
that the sum of two thousand four hundred sixty-four dollars
and thirteen ($2, 464. 13) cents now in the hands of said
Board be transferred to a new Board to. be created and
known as the Board of Game Trustees of Allegany County,
Maryland, to be by it expended for certain purposes, " au-
thorizing the Board of Game Trustees of Allegany County
to expend the funds in its charge with accrued interest for
protecting and propagating game in Allegany County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 2 of Chapter 212 of the Acts of 1927,
entitled "An Act to abolish the Board of Game Wardens of
Allegany County, Maryland, as provided for in Chapter 282
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1916, and
to direct that the sum of two thousand four hundred sixty-four
dollars and thirteen ($2, 464. 13) cents now in the hands of
said Board be transferred to a new Board to be created and
known as the Board of Game Trustees of Allegany County,
Maryland, to be by it expended for certain purposes, " be and
it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
2. Said fund with accrued interest shall be expended by
said Board of Game Trustees of Allegany County, Maryland,
wholly in Allegany County for protecting and propagating
game in said county.
