*The .salaries paid to the Supreme Bench in Baltimore City are $10,000.00

per year. Baltimore City pays $3,125 and the State pays $6,875.    The State
further pays Baltimore City $1,625, which represents the difference between
"$6,875, actually paid to the Judges, and $8,500 appropriated to them.
