separate fund and used by the Mayor and City Council of
Cumberland in constructing and laying sanitary sewers within
the limits of the said City of Cumberland and with all the
rights and privileges to the Mayor and City Council of Cum-
berland to file liens, and collect the same in the manner now
secured to said Mayor and City Council by the Charter of the
City of Cumberland and when any amounts are collected,
against property holders by reason of the laying or construct-
ing of said sewers, the money so collected shall be again placed
in the said separate fund and used for the laying and construct-
ing of sewers in other places within said city and the same
system of collecting the money and laying and constructing
sewers shall continue until such time as the Mayor and City
Council of Cumberland may direct or until such funds shall
become exhausted.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That any and all Acts
or parts of Acts or any part or parts of the Charter of the City
of Cumberland, Maryland, conflicting in any way herewith is
or are repealed in so far and to the extent that the same shall so
conflict.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect upon the 1st day of June, 1931.

CHAPTER 114.
AN ACT to repeal Article 70A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Old Age Pensions, "
and to enact in lieu thereof a new article, to be known as
Article 70A, title "Old Age Pensions. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Article 70A of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1929 Supplement), title "Old Age Pensions, " be and
the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That in lieu of the Arti-
cle repealed by Section 1 of this Act, a new Article 70A of the
