Creek in Queen Anne's County, and Drum Point in Kent
County; and no booby, brush or stake blind shall be licensed
or erected in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay within the
jurisdiction of Kent County between the north end of Wilson's
Point on Trumpetington Farm and the mouth of the Chester
River.

(c) This section shall not. apply to any person who has an
established licensed blind or blinds located in the waters of
Anne Arundel County or in the waters of the Chesapeake Bay
opposite the shore line of said county prior to January 1,
1927, and said licensee shall have the right to renew said
license on or before the first day of July of each year there-
after.

43.     It shall be lawful for any person hunting in a licensed
booby, brush or stake blind to use a skiff or row boat propelled
by oars for the purpose of retrieving wounded or dead water
fowl, when same has been wounded or killed from said blind.
Every person erecting a blind or digging a pit on a field or
fields for the purpose of hunting water fowl shall remove said
blind and cover pit in such a manner as to prohibit hunting
therefrom within two days after the close of the open season
for the hunting of water fowl as provided by law.

44.     A bona fide resident of this State or a non-resident
owner of land bordering on the Potomac River or a non-resi-
dent assessed at five hundred dollars ($500. 00) or more on
the tax books of this State may erect, set or maintain a booby,
brush or stake blind as provided in this sub-title, after first
obtaining a license so to do from the clerk of the Circuit Court
of the county in which said blind is located opposite the shore
thereof, in the same manner as the hunting licenses are issued,
and said clerk is authorized to issue said license upon payment
by the applicant of the sum of five dollars ($5. 00), and in ad-
dition to the license fee so received the clerk issuing same shall
collect and retain the sum of fifty cents (50c. ) in lieu of all
other compensation as the clerk's fee. The clerk of court shall
not issue to any one person license to erect, set or maintain
more than two booby, brush or stake blinds in or over the
waters of this State, provided that license shall be issued for
only one such blind in the waters of Dickinson's Bay and
Reed's Creek, in Talbot County; however, the issuance of two
blinds shall not apply to co-partnerships, associations or cor-
