judges in courts of equity to file their opinions in Prince
George's County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 192 of Article 16 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, title "Chancery, 7' sub-title "Pleadings, Practice and
Process, " be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with
amendments, to read as follows:
192. In all cases in the courts of equity, it shall be. the duty
of the said courts to file their opinions for or in respect of any
final decree or decretal order, whenever such decree or order
shall have passed upon argument, oral or in writing, on the
part of any of the parties in such cause; this section not to
apply to Baltimore City or Prince George's County.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 505.
AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of
Calvert County to issue coupon bonds to the extent of forty-
five thousand dollars ($45, 000) on the faith and credit of said
county for purchasing sites and erecting, equipping and fur-
nishing public school buildings in the Second and Third Elec-
tion Districts of said county, and to levy a tax on the assess-
able property of said county to pay the interest on said bonds
and to pay for said bonds as they become due and payable.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Calvert County, for
the purposes hereinafter set forth, are hereby authorized and
empowered and directed to issue coupon bonds, payable to the
bearer or holder thereof, on the faith and credit of Calvert
County aforesaid, to the amount of forty-five thousand dollars
($45, 000), said bonds to be issued in denominations of five hun-
dred dollars ($500) or any multiple thereof, to bear interest at
a rate not exceeding five per centum (5%) per annum, payable
semi-annually on the first day of July and the first day of January
in each year that the same are outstanding and remain unpaid,
