($5. 00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50. 00), and, upon con-
viction of any manufacturer, dealer or distributor, all tags
issued to such manufacturer, dealer or distributor under Class
D, Section 182 of this Article, shall be subject to revocation or
suspension by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, and the said
Commissioner may refuse and decline thereafter to issue other
such tags to such manufacturer, dealer or distributor.

CHAPTER 467.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 161
of Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland (1924 Edition).
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 161 of Article 23 of the Annotated
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland (1924'Edition), be
and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as
follows:
161. Any homestead or building association, formed under
the provisions of this Article, shall have power, in its certifi-
cate of incorporation or its by-laws, to limit the number of
shares which each stockholder may be allowed to hold; to pre-
scribe the entrance fee to be paid by each stockholder at the
time of subscribing; and to regulate the instalments to be paid
on each share; provided, the same shall not exceed the sum
of one dollar per share per week; and the times at which the
same shall be payable.

CHAPTER 468.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 1 of
Chapter 449 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land of the year 1927, and to add an additional section to the
Charter of the Female Orphans Society of Annapolis as in-
corporated by Chapter 95 of the Acts of the General Assembly
