The said Montgomery County Suburban District shall in-
clude the following areas: (1) All of that portion of the Wash-
ington Suburban Sanitary District located within Montgomery
County as described by Chapter 122 of the Laws of Maryland
of 1918; (2) the areas embraced within the limits of Cabin
John Park, Section 1, recorded in Plat Book 2, Plat No. 178,,
and Cabin John Park, Section 2, recorded in Plat Book 3,,
Plat No. 249, and Seven Locks Settlement, Section 4, recorded
in Plat Book 3, Plat No. 228, Cabin John Park, Section 4,
recorded in Plat Book 2, Plat No. 156, C. E. Benson's addition
to Cabin John Park, recorded in Plat Book 3, Plat No. 231,.
of the Land Records of Montgomery County, all that area em-
braced within the limits of the special taxing area in said
Montgomery County as created and limited by Chapter 305 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, Session of.
1924, and known as the Village of Alta Vista; and all that,
area embraced within the limits of the special taxing area,,
known as "Woodmont"; provided, however, that the said Mont-
gomery County Suburban District shall exclude the following
areas: (1) That portion of Wheaton Precinct Number Three-
(Kensington), located between a line 600 feet west of and
parallel to the western boundary of the Brookeville Pike (Geor-
gia Avenue extended) and the eastern boundary of the right of
way of the Metropolitan Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad; (2) the general territory lying north of the town of
Kensington Precinct of the Wheaton District bounded as fol-
lows: Beginning at the furthest southwest point on the bound-
ary of the special taxing area of Chevy Chase View lying on
the side of Saul Road, along Saul Road to where it merges
with the old Bladensburg Road; thence in a general southerly
direction along the old Bladensburg Road to Rock Creek;
thence in a general northerly direction along Rock Creek to the
south side of the right of way of the Metropolitan Branch of
the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad; thence along the side of the
right of way of the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad nearest Chevy
Chase View to the limits of the town of Kensington; thence
along the boundary of the town of Kensington nearest to the
town of Garrett Park to the point where the boundary of the
town of Kensington first touches the boundary of the special
taxing area of Chevy Chase View; thence along the boundary
of that special taxing area nearest the town of Garrett Park
to the point of beginning on Saul Road; (3) the area 400 feet
