sentenced to confinement in the Penitentiary for the period of
his natural life, or he shall be sentenced to confinement in the
penitentiary for not less than two years nor more than twenty
years; and nothing in this section shall be construed to interfere
with any prosecution that has or may hereafter be commenced
for any violation of this section hereby repealed happening pre-
vious to June 1, 1931.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
June 1, 1931.

CHAPTER 450.
AN ACT to repeal Section 195 of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (Edition of 1924), title "Elections, " sub-
title "Primary Elections," as enacted by the Acts of 1914,
Chapter 774.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 195 of Article 33 (Edition of 1924), entitled
"Elections, " sub-title "Primary Elections, " be and the same is
hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on June 1, 1931.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 37 of
Article 16 of Bagby's Annotated Code of the Public General
Laws of Maryland (1929 Supplement), title "Chancery," sub-
title "Divorce," as said section was amended by Chapter 559
of the Acts of 1929.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 37 of Article 16 of Bagby's Annotated Code
of the Public General Laws of Maryland (1929 Supplement),
