the licensing of boats or tongers in removing them for market
or transplanting.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Sections 162 to
186, both inclusive, of Article 24 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Worcester County, "
sub-title "Oysters and Clams, " be and they are hereby re-
pealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all Public General
and Public Local Laws inconsistent with the provisions of this
Act be and they are hereby repealed to the extent of such in-
consistency.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall be-
come effective upon the sale by the Board of Public Works of
the first $125, 000 of the certificates of indebtedness authorized
by the Act of the General Assembly of 1931 creating the
"Ocean City Inlet Loan of 1931. "

CHAPTER 433.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
to issue the certificates of indebtedness of said corporation to
an amount not exceeding five million dollars ($5, 000, 000) for
the purpose of defraying the cost and expenses of condemn-
ing, opening, widening, straightening, closing, grading, curb-
ing and paving streets, avenues and alleys, and for the con-
struction of new bridges, the reconstruction of existing bridges
and the abolishing of grade crossings in Baltimore City,
authorizing the submission of an ordinance for the purpose
to the legal voters of Baltimore City, such ordinance to pro-
vide for the expenditure of the proceeds of said loan, the rate
or rates of interest to be paid thereon, and the manner of re-
payment thereof; providing for the method of expenditure of
the proceeds of said loan, and declaring this Act to be an
emergency law.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore be and it
is hereby authorized to issue the certificates of indebtedness of
said corporation to an amount not exceeding five million dollars
