the first $125, 000 of the certificates of indebtedness authorized
by the Act of the General Assembly of 1931 creating the
"Ocean City Inlet Loan of 1931. "

CHAPTER 432.

AN ACT to add four new sections to Article 72 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Oysters, "
sub-title "Oyster Culture, " said new sections to be known as
Sections 154A, 154B, 154C and 154D and to follow im-
mediately after Section 154 of said Article, relating to the
application of the oyster laws as codified in said Article 72
to the waters of Worcester County, and repealing Sections
162 to 186, both inclusive, of Article 24 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Worcester County, " sub-title "Oysters and Clams, " and
repealing all other Public General and Public Local Laws
of Maryland in conflict therewith.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland^ That four new sections be and they are hereby
added to Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Oysters, " sub-title "Oyster Culture, " said
new sections to be known as Sections 154A, 154B, 1540 and
154D, and to follow immediately after Section 154 of said
Article, and to read as follows:

154A. On and after June 1, 1931, all the waters of Wor-
cester County shall be subject to the provisions of Article 72
of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland relating to
oysters, the same as the waters of Chesapeake Bay and its trib-
utaries, except the provisions of the following sections of said
Article, viz: 98, 101, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110,
111, 112, 113, 114, 116, 117, 118, 120, 121, 126, 128, 131,
153 and 154; and except such changes and modifications in
the Oyster Culture Laws as provided for in this Act.

154B. The waters of Worcester County, except those ex-
empted by Section 125, are hereby declared to be open for
oyster culture, according to the provisions of this sub-title and
as herein provided.
