211.    To the bequest of the rest and residue of the estate
and cash legacies contained in the Will of Rebecca Rosemer
amounting to four thousand two hundred fourteen dollars and
eighty-four cents ($4,214.84), to the Redemptorists, a body
corporate, incorporated under the laws of the State of Mary-
land.

212.     To the devises and bequests and the rest and residue
of the estate contained in the Will of Anna M. Houck, dated
May 22, 1929, and recorded among the Will Records in the
office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in "Wills,"
Liber E. R. D. No. 168, folio 223, to the Redemptorists, a
body corporate, incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, and also the sanction and consent of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Redemptorists.

213.     To the grant and deed executed by Joseph O. Wil-
liams and wife to Christ United Evangelical Church of Balti-
more City, also known as Christ Evangelical Church of Balti-
more City, dated July 2, 1923, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4039, folio
196, conveying fee simple property situate at the south corner
of Aiken Street and Belmont Avenue, Baltimore City; and
also the sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the holding and disposal of said property by Christ
United Evangelical Church of Baltimore City, also known as
Christ Evangelical Church of Baltimore City.

214.     To the grant and deed executed by the Presbyterian
Association of Baltimore City to Calvary Presbyterian Church
of Baltimore City, dated January 13th, 1914, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 2872, folio 309, conveying fee simple property situate at
the northwest corner of McElderry and Patuxent Streets, in
Baltimore City; and also to the holding and disposal of said
property by the Calvary Presbyterian Church of Baltimore
City.

215.     To the grant and deed executed by Harry Erdman to
the Calvary Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City, dated
August 7th, 1915. and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2993, folio 610, con-
veying fee simple property situate at the northeast corner of
