County, Maryland, contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Louis C. Lehr, deceased, late of the City of Washing-
ton, District of Columbia, of record in the Supreme Court of
the District of Columbia in "Wills" No. 158, folio 499.

192.     To the gifts to the following contained in the Last
Will and, Testament of Selina Marshall Smith, deceased, late
of Baltimore City, of record in the Office of the Register of
Wills for said City in "Wills" Liber E. R. D. No. 168, folio
499:

(a)   The Vestry of Christ Protestant Episcopal Church of
St. Michaels, Maryland.

(b)   The Vestry of St. Luke's Church.

(c)   The Children's Home of the Eastern Shore of Mary-
land.

(d)   Reverend Henry Nelson O'Connor, Rector of St.
Luke's Protestant Episcopal Church.

193.    To the gifts in remainder to the following contained
in the Declaration of Trust (unrecorded) of S. Agnes Johnson
dated January 9, 1925:

(a)   St. Agnes Hospital, Mt. Dougherty.

(b)   Society of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore City.

(c)   The St. Elizabeth's Home of Baltimore City.

(d)   Little Sisters of the Poor.

(e)   St. James Home for Boys of the City of Baltimore.

(f)   The Protectors of St. Mary's Orphaline Female School
in the City of Baltimore, commonly called St. Mary's Female
Orphan Asylum.

(g)   St. Joseph's School of Industry of the City of Balti-
more.

(h) St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the City of
Baltimore.

(i) St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore.

194.    To the gifts to the following in remainder contained
in the Last Will and Testament of S. Agnes Johnson, deceased,
late of Baltimore City, of record in the office of the Register
of Wills for said city in "Wills," Liber E. R. D. No." 169,
folio 69 :

(a)   St. Mary's Industrial School for Boys of the City of
Baltimore.

(b)   St. Vincent's Infant Asylum of the City of Baltimore.

(c)   The Jenkins Memorial, Incorporated.
