''Wills," Liber 16, folio 308, etc., one of the record books in
the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

To St. Paul's Protestant Episcopal Church of Sharpsburg,
Maryland, $200.00.

164.     To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Mary H. Stamm, deceased, of record in
"Wills," Liber 16, folio 540, etc., one of the record books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County,
as follows:

Upon the death of decedent's brothers and sister:

(a)   To the Consistory of Zion Reformed Church of Hagers-
town, Maryland, $200.00.

(b)   To the Consistory of Zion Reformed Church of Hagers-
town, Maryland, to be by them applied to the graveyard fund
belonging to the said church, $100.00.

(c)   To the George W. and Agnes Hoffman Orphanage lo-
cated at Littletown, Pennsylvania, $100.00.

(d)   To the Washington County Home for Orphans and
Friendless Children of Washington County, Maryland,
$100.00.

(e)   To the Sunday School of Zion Reformed Church of
Hagerstown, Maryland, $100.00.

165.     To the gift of one hundred dollars ($100.00) and
interest which has accumulated thereon to the Vestry of The
German Evangelical Lutheran Congregation at St. Peter's
Church in Washington County, being the church known as
the Beard's Church, to be applied by said church to the ex-
pense of erecting a new fence around the cemetery connected
with said church at such time as it shall, in the opinion of the
persons having in charge said cemetery, be necessary to erect
said new fence, contained in a certain Trust Agreement
entered into between Jennie Stouffer, now deceased, and the
Nicodemus National Bank of Hagerstown, on the 3rd day of
November, 1928.

166.     To the devise and bequest to the Salem Lutheran
Church, located at the corner of Frederick Avenue and New-
berg Avenue, Catonsville. contained in the Last Will and
Testament of Elizabeth Silzle, late of Baltimore County, de-
ceased, whose Will bears date the 11th day of May, 1928,
has been duly proven and is now of record in the office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore County on the 24th day of
August, 1928.
