1022                  LAWS OF MARYLAND.                 [CH. 399

(a)   To the Board of Home Missions of the Reformed:
Church in the United States, $2, 000. 00, out of which said
Board is to establish four Loan Church Building Funds of
five hundred dollars ($500. 00) each.

(b)   Decedent's personal library to the Public Library at
Smithsburg, Maryland.

(c)   To the First National Bank of Hagerstown, in trust,,
to be invested by it and the income therefrom to be paid to
the Consistory of the Reformed Church of Cavetown, Mary-
land, $3, 000. 00.

(d)   To the George W. and Agnes Hoffman Orphans' Home1
located near Littletown, Pennsylvania, after the death of the
beneficiaries named in Item 12 of said Will, $15, 000. 00.

(e)   To Hood College of Frederick, Maryland, after the
death of the beneficiaries named in Item 13 of said Will,,
$15, 000. 00, said bequest to be used in the establishment of a
Professorship in Bible, to be known as the "Eleanor S. Pear-
son Professorship. "

(f)   To the bequest of the rest and residue of decedent's*
estate to the Old Folks Home of the Potomac Synod of the
Reformed Church in the United States. The net income'
therefrom to be used for the maintenance and support of the
said Old Folks Home.

137.      To the following bequests contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Sarah E. Grimes, deceased, of record in
"Wills, " Liber 16, folio 350, etc., one of the record books in
the office of the Register of Wills of Washington County:

(a)   To Rev. J. Pontz Tyler, Bishop of Worth Dakota,.
$500. 00.

(b)   To Dr. Walter Byron Stehl, Rector of St.. John's.
Parish of Hagerstown, $500. 00.

(e) To the bequest of five (5) one thousand dollar four
per cent, bonds of the United Railways and Electric Company
of Baltimore, to the Vestry of St. John's Parish of Washing-
ton County, Maryland, located in Hagerstown.

138.    To the contingent bequest of certain trust funds to
the Fahrney Memorial Home for the Aged, located at San
Mar, Washington County, Maryland, as set forth in the Last
Will and Testament of Emma K. Thomas, deceased, of rec-
ord in "Wills" Liber 16, folio 356, etc., one of the record
books in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington.
