Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. 5048, folio 236,
and Liber S. C. L. No. 5046, folio 238, conveying fee-simple
property therein described and known as No. 3300 Clifton
Avenue.

Keelty, his wife, to Most Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore, a corporation sole, the first
dated February 10th, 1928, and the second dated August 30th,
1929, and recorded respectively among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 4869, folio 63, and
Liber S. C. L. No. 5039, folio 375, conveying fee-simple prop-
erties therein described located in Baltimore City.

United States, a body corporate, of the State of Maryland, to
the Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary of Balti-
more City, a body corporate, dated September 28th, 1928,
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4934, folio 190, conveying fee-simple properties
therein described located in Baltimore City.

Reverend Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, a corporation sole, dated October 22nd, 1927, re-
corded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 4805, folio 559, conveying the reversionary in-
terest in the annual ground rent of $28. 00 issuing out of prop-
erty known as No. 1415 North Dallas Street, Baltimore, Md.
