sive and final; any license granted shall be corrected and
amended in accordance with such measurements and the
appropriate license fee hereinbefore named paid in accord-
ance with such corrected measurement, and the right
granted by any license already issued shall be suspended
until the full payment of such license fee is made. And
one-half of any license fee received by the clerk of the
Circuit Court for any County in this State shall be paid
to the Comptroller of the State Treasury by the said Clerk
within ninety days after receiving the same, to be by the
said Comptroller credited to the oyster fund; and all Acts
or Public Local Laws inconsistent with the provisions of
this Section are hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1936.

CHAPTER 19.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commis-
sioners of Allegany County to borrow upon the faith and
credit of said County not exceeding Five Hundred Thou-
sand Dollars ($500, 000. 00), for the construction, recon-
struction and repair of public roads and bridges or for
any general purpose due to damage caused any public
building or other public property by flood, to is-
sue therefor notes, bonds or other evidences of in-
debtedness and to provide for the levying of taxes to
repay said notes, bonds or other evidences of indebted-
ness, together with interest thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Allegany
County be and they are hereby authorized and empowered
to borrow, at any time and from time to time upon the faith
and credit of said County as they in their discretion may
determine, not to exceed in the aggregate Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500, 000. 00), to be used for the con-
struction, reconstruction and repair of public roads and
bridges or for any general purpose due to damage caused
any public building or other public property by flood.
