late of Frederick County, deceased, recorded in Liber
A. M. P. No. 1, folio 257, one of the Wills Records in the of-
fice of the Register of Wills for Frederick County, viz.:

a. Board of Education of the Methodist Episcopal
Church, $368. 79.

b. Board of Home Missions and Church Extension of
the Methodist Episcopal Church, $368. 78.

c. Board of Foreign Missions of the Methodist Episco-
pal Church, $368. 78.

d. Board of Conference Claimants of the Methodist
Episcopal Church, $368. 78.

68. To the bequest to the Vestry of the Trinity Protes-
tant Episcopal Church of Elkton, Maryland, also known as
The Trinity Church of Elkton, Maryland, as a memorial,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Lillie J. Tuite,
deceased, dated August 24, 1931, and recorded among the
records of the Orphan's Court of Cecil County, in Wills,
Liber, S. No. 26, folio 283.

69. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Mary A. Way, late of Baltimore City, deceased, of
record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said City,
in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 183, folio 493, to the following,
viz.:

a. Michael J. Curley, Roman Catholic Archbishop of
Baltimore, and his successors in the Archepiscopal See (de-
scribed in the Will as Most Reverend Archbishop Michael
J. Curley), for masses.

b. Reverend Bart Hartwell, of St. Mary's Church,
Govans, Baltimore, Maryland, for masses.

c. Reverend James Campbell, of St. Charles College,
Catonsville, Maryland, for masses.

d. Little Sisters of the Poor, Baltimore, Maryland.

e. The Associated Professors of St. Mary's Seminary
in Baltimore City.

70. To the deed dated December 16, 1931, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City, State of Mary-
land, in Liber S.C.L. No. 5272, Folio 579 from Virginia
