21. To the gifts in remainder contained in the Last Will
and Testament of Henry H. Stricker, deceased, late of Bal-
timore City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills
for said City, in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 183, folio 92, to the
following, viz:

(1. ) Presbyterian Eye, Ear and Throat Charity Hos-
pital of Baltimore City, (called in Will Presbyterian Eye,
Ear, and Throat Hospital).

(2. ) Home for the Aged of the Methodist Episcopal
Church of Baltimore City.

(3. ) The Board of Deaconess Work of the United Luth-
eran Church in America (called in Will, and formerly known
as Lutheran Deaconess Mother-house and Training School).

(4. ) Presbyterian Home of Maryland, Inc. (called in
Will, Presbyterian Home for Women),

22. To the gift to the Maryland Baptist Union Associa-
tion contained in the Last Will and Testament of Julius T.
Hall, deceased, late of Worcester County, of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said County in Wills Liber
A. C. R. No. 1, folio 292.

23. To the gift to the vestry of St. James Church, Monk-
ton, Maryland (called in Will "Vestry of St. James Church
on My Lady's Manor in Baltimore County") contained in the
Last Will and Testament of Catharine Stewart Philpot, de-
ceased, late of Baltimore County, of record in the Office of
the Register of Wills for said County, in Wills, Liber W. J. P.
No. 25, folio 34.

24. To the gift in remainder to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland,
contained in the First Codicil to the Will of Richard T. Alli-
son, deceased, late of Baltimore County, of record in the
office of the Register of Wills for said County in Wills Liber
W. J. P. No. 15, folio 234.

25. To the gifts contained in the Last Will and Testa-
ment of Josephine P. Mikucka, deceased, late of Baltimore
City, of record on the Office of the Register of Wills for
said City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 184, folio 296, to the
following, viz:

(1. ) The Sisters of Mercy in the City of Baltimore.
(2. ) SS. Philip and James Roman Catholic Church, to
be applied a/e New Church Building Fund.
