A Joint Resolution authorizing the Register of Wills ^)f
Baltimore City to transfer to the Enoch Pratt Free
Library in Baltimore City the file of Daily Records in
his office.
WHEREAS, the Register of Wills of Baltimore City has in
his custody a complete file of the Daily Record of no par-
ticular value to his office; and
WHEREAS, this file would be of great value for reference
purposes if placed in the Enoch Pratt Free Library; there-
fore
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Register of Wills of Baltimore City be and he is
hereby authorized to transfer to the Enoch Pratt Free
Library of Baltimore City, the file of Daily Records now in
his custody, under such terms and conditions as may be
agreed upon between the said Register of Wills and the
Librarian of the Enoch Pratt Free Library for the care and
supervision of said file, and that said Records shall be re-
turned to the Register when required for his use and at
the expense of said Librarian.

A Joint Resolution appointing a committee to review motor
vehicle revenues of the State of Maryland including gaso-
line tax and registration and license fees, and to con-
sider a program of construction for the State Roads
Commission.
WHEREAS, the State of Maryland, a pioneer in the field
of highway development, and for many years considered
as a State having one of the best systems of highways in
