(2) Seven-thirteens (7/13) of the remainder of the
proceeds from the sale of said bonds shall be used, expended
and applied by the said Board of Education for the purpose
of purchasing, acquiring or condemning a site and con-
structing, building, equipping and furnishing a school
building on said site in the Town of Sharpsburg, grading
and improving the ground and making sidewalks adjoin-
ing the same.

(3) One Thirteen (1/13) of the remainder of the pro-
ceeds of the sale of said bonds shall be used, expended and
applied by the said Board of Education for the purpose
of erecting an addition to the Sandy Hook School and for
equipping and furnishing same.

(4) Five Thirteenths (5/13) of the remainder of the
proceeds of the sale of said bonds shall be used, expended
and applied by the said Board of Education for the pur-
pose of purchasing, acquiring, or condemning a site and
constructing, building, equipping and furnishing a school
building in the Town of Maugansville, grading and improv-
ing the ground and making sidewalks adjoining same.

Provided, however, that the funds herein enumerated and
for the specified purposes herein outlined shall be expended
as herein set forth and shall not be diverted f or any other
purpose, and any balance remaining unexpended of the
amount hereinbefore specified shall be used and applied by
the Board of Education to improve and grade the ground
and premises of any other school property in the county.

SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the said Board
of Education of Washington County shall award the con-
tracts for the erection of said Sharpsburg school building,
Maugansville school building and the additions to
the Sandy Hook school building, and the Mt. Lena
School building, provided for in this Act, equipping
the same with heating plants, and lighting and
water fixtures and other proper school equipment, to the
lowest responsible bidders therefor, after the said Board
shall have advertised for bids therefor, provided, however,
that said Board shall have the right to reject any or all
bids. Said Board of Education shall require the successful
bidder or bidders to whom said contract is awarded, to
make a contract in writing for the faithful performance
of his work, and said contractor or contractors shall agree
in said contracts to complete and equip said building in time
for occupancy not later than January 1, 1937, to pay all
