CHAPTER 120.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
215, of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Montgomery County, "
sub-title "County Treasurer, " providing for the publish-
ing of disbursements and receipts in the office of the
County Treasurer, and directing him to pay for the
same.

CHAPTER 121.

AN ACT to amend Section 207, of Article 16, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled "Montgomery
County, " as amended by Chapter 250, of the Acts of 1935,
providing for the time and manner of selling property
for delinquent taxes and the manner and conditions un-
der which the same shall be advertised.

CHAPTER 122.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Montgomery County, " sub-title "Licenses, " said new
section to be known as Section 565B and to follow imme-
diately after Section 565A of said Article, providing that
any group of citizens of Montgomery County bona fide
organized or incorporated, or hereafter bona fide organ-
ized or incorporated, for the promotion of the purposes
of any volunteer fire department or of any charitable,
benevolent, patriotic, educational, fraternal, religious or
civic object or objects, may conduct any benefit perform-
ance in said county, the net proceeds of which are to be
used for the promotion of the objects of such group or
organization, upon obtaining a permit therefor from the
County Commissioners of Montgomery County; and fur-
ther providing that at such benefit performances it shall
be lawful to award prizes in merchandise, conduct games
of skill, dispose of merchandise and other things of value
