each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, the same
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 113.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 459 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1931 by adding thereto a new
section to be known as Section 10-B to follow immediate-
ly after Section 10-A, being Chapter 9 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland passed at its special
session in 1933, so as to validate all acts of the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County with reference to
the uncollected special assessments, and to extend the
time for payment of part of said special assessments, and
to deprive the County Commissioners of Montgomery
County of the authority to extend the time for payments
thereof, and to eliminate the acceleration of said pay-
ments in the event of non-payment of one installment,
such assessments being levied upon property located in
Montgomery County Suburban District pursuant to the
provisions of Section 637 of Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, 1930 Edition, or pur-
suant to the provisions of Section 10 of Chapter 459 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1931,
or the provisions of Section 10-A of Chapter 459 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1931, be-
ing Chapter 9 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, Special Session of 1933.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 459 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of 1931 and Chapter 9 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, Special Session of
1933, be and the same are hereby amended by the addition
thereto of a new section to be known as Section 10-B to fol-
low immediately after Section 10-A thereof, and to read as
follows:

10-B. The County Commissioners of Montgomery
County are hereby authorized and empowered at any time
prior to the first day of April, 1936, but not thereafter, to
extend the time for payment of all uncollected special as-
sessments, including those already sold or about to be sold
