CHAPTER 111.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 564 of the Acts of 1935, creat-
ing the State Survey Commission, to abolish said State
Survey Commission and to transfer the balance of the
appropriation made for the use of said Commission by
Chapter 92 of the Acts of 1935 to the Board of Public
Works for the repair, alteration, improvement and equip-
ment of the Executive Mansion.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Chapter 564 of the Acts of 1935, creating
the State Survey Commission, be and it is hereby repealed
and that the said State Survey Commission be and it is
hereby abolished.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the unexpended
balance remaining from the appropriation of Fifty Thou-
sand Dollars ($50, 000. 00) made for the use of the said
State Survey Commission by Chapter 92 of the Acts of
1935, be and it is hereby transferred to the Board of Public
Works, and the said Board of Public Works is hereby au-
thorized to expend so much thereof as may be necessary for
the repair, alteration, improvement and equipment of the
Executive Mansion.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 112.
AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 10 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition),
title "Dorchester County, " to be under sub-title "Hawk-
ers & Peddlers, " said new sections to be known as Sec-
tions 304A, 304B and 304C, and to follow immediately
after Section 304 of said Article, imposing a license fee
on hucksters selling vegetables, eggs, poultry, meats or
other farm products and exempting certain growers
and producers thereof.
