SECTION VI. Be it further enacted, That this Act is
hereby declared to be an emergency law and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety,
and being passed upon by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of the Members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 92.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County, " sub-title "Centreville, " said new
section to be known as Section 111A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 111 of said Article, to make sani-
tary sewer and water rentals or service a lien on the
property so supplied.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 18 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's County, sub-title "Cen-
treville, " said new section to be known as Section 111A, to
follow immediately after Section 111 of said Article, and to
read as follows:
111A. All sums of money which may be due and owing
to the Town Commissioners of Centreville for sanitary
sewer and water rentals or services or for either, shall be
and constitute a lien upon the real property to or in which
such sewer or water service is supplied, and said real prop-
erty may be sold to satisfy such lien or liens. The sale of
such real property shall be made in the same way and man-
ner as is now provided for the sale of real property for the
collection of taxes.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1936.
