Senate Bill No. 7—By the President:

Subject: "TO EXEMPT FROM ALL STATE, COUNTY AND
MUNICIPAL TAXATION THE LOANS, AND THE INTEREST
PAYABLE THEREON, AUTHORIZED TO BE CREATED
UNDER CHAPTER 502 OF THE ACTS OF 1949, AND CHAPTER
1 OF THE ACTS OF 1949, EXTRAORDINARY SESSION."

Endorsed, read the third time and passed by yeas and nays.
MESSAGE TO THE SENATE.

The Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered
the following message:

By Mr. Pumphrey:

HOUSE OF DELEGATES.

ANNAPOLIS, MD., December 17, 1949.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose, with your concurrence, that when the General
Assembly adjourns at 6:40 o'clock P. M., on December 17, 1949,
it stand adjourned sine die.
