AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL No. 2.

Amendment No. 1. On page 3 of the printed bill, under the title
"Conservation" of Health and Natural Resources", sub-title "State
Department of Health—Bureau of Medical Services", under the
column "Operating Expenses", insert the following amount:

"$100,000",

and in the column under the word "Total", insert the following:
$101,269".

Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 2. Under the heading "University of Maryland
and State Board of Agriculture", page 4 of the printed bill, opposite
the first line reading "University of Maryland", strike out all the
numerals and in lieu thereof the following:

"285,000 121,500 406,500".
Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 3. Under the heading "Public Welfare", page 4
of the printed bill, in the line immediately below "State Depart-
ment of Public Welfare", insert the following:

"For State-aided Hospitals 281,000 281,000".
Which amendment was read and adopted.

Amendment No. 4. In the columns opposite "Total General
Fund", strike out all the numerals and insert in lieu thereof the
following:

"$1,592,766 $2,825,794 $4,418,560".
Which amendment was read and adopted.
Favorable report adopted.
