MESSAGE TO THE SENATE.

The Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and delivered
the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES.
By Mr. Luber:

ANNAPOLIS, MD., Friday, December 27, 1946.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We propose, with your concurrence, that when the General As-
sembly adjourns at 6 P. M. it stand adjourned, sine die.

ANNAPOLIS, MD., Friday, December 27, 1946.

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We have received your message proposing that when the General
Assembly adjourns at 6 P. M. it stand adjourned, sine die.
We concur in your message.

C. ANDREW SHAAB, Secretary.

At 6.00 o'clock P. M., on motion of Senator Funk, duly seconded,
the Senate, in Special Session, adjourned sine die.
