Senator Funk asked that the rules be suspended in order to report
the following bill and two-thirds of the Senators-elect, voting in the

In the title of the printed bill, in line 10? after the comma and
before the word "and" insert the following: "except the said Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore shall not have the power to levy a
tax on tobacco products".
