as any of them are inconsistent herewith, be and the same are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 352.

AN ACT to add six new sections to Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Licenses, "
sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " sub-heading "Registration of
Motor Vehicles and Operators, " said new sections to be
known as Sections 179A to 179F, inclusive, and to follow
immediately after Section 179 of said Article, providing
that the clerks of the Circuit Courts in the several counties
shall issue and/or transfer titles of motor vehicles, and issue
licenses for same, and to perform certain other duties under
the supervision and direction of the Commissioner of Motor
Vehicles, and prescribing the fees to be paid said clerks of
the Circuit Courts.

CHAPTER 353.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 189
of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland as
amended by Section 189 of Chapter 520 of the Acts of
1927, title "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " to pro-
vide for hearings before a magistrate or court before the
suspension or revocation of operator's license in certain cases.
