from District No. 6, three names from District No. 7, fif-
teen names from District No. 8, thirty names from District
No. 9, two names from District No. 10, fifteen names from
District No. 11, thirteen names from District No. 12, six-
teen names from. District No. 13, sixteen names from Dis-
trict No. 14, and thirty names from District No. 15.

391C. It shall be the duty of the Judges of the Circuit
Court for Baltimore County, not less than fifteen days be-
fore the commencement of each term of said court, in the
presence of such practicing members of the bar of said court
as shall think proper to attend, notice of the time and place
having been first given to said bar through the crier of said
court, to proceed to select from the list last furnished by the
clerk of the County Commissioners of said county, provided
for in Section 6, Article 51, Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland, and on the poll books of the several elec-
tion districts of said county that shall be returned and filed
in the clerk's office of said court, provided for in the preced-
ing section, a panel to consist of the names of one hundred
(100) male persons to be fairly and impartially selected by
said judges, with special reference to the intelligence, so-
briety and integrity of such persons and without the least ref-
erence to their political opinions, to be known as the grand
jury panel, provided however that no person shall be selected
and placed upon such panel as a juror who shall not have
arrived at the age of twenty-five years or who is over seventy
years of age, Judges of the Orphans' Court of said county, dele-
gates, coroners and constables during their continuance in office;
and also school masters, physicians, pharmacists and ministers
of the gospel shall be exempt from attendance as jurors; and
of the names of such persons when so selected, a list shall be
made and a certificate thereto appended by the said judges
that the said list of names has been duly selected in con-
formity with and according to the spirit and intent of this
Article, and which said list and certificates shall be filed with
the clerk of the said court and by him preserved as other
proceedings of the said court are kept; and no property
qualification shall be required in any juror drawn as herein
provided.
