grand and petit jurors in Baltimore County, for the pay
to the grand and petit jurors in Baltimore County, for
certain duties to be performed by the clerk to the Election
Supervisors of Baltimore County, the judges of the Cir-
cuit Court for Baltimore County, the clerk, sheriff and treas-
urer of Baltimore County in connection with the aforegoing,
and repealing all Acts, general or local, inconsistent here-
with.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 390 and 391 of the Public Local
Laws known as Offutt's Code of Public Local Laws of Bal-
timore County, Edition of 1928, sub-title "Jurors, " be and
the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted and additional
sections added thereto, to be known as Sections 391 A, 391B,
391C, 391D, 391E, 391F, 391G and 391H.
390. The limit of the session of the grand jury in Balti-
more County shall be ten days, but the Court may for special
reasons extend the session for such additional length of time
to be designated by the court, as in the discretion of the court
may be necessary,
391. It shall be the duty of the Clerk of the Election
Supervisors for Baltimore County to make out and file with
the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, not
less than twenty days before the beginning of the second reg-
ular term of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, after
each and every general election, a fair and complete list in
the form of poll books of the male registered voters in each
of the districts of said county, with the date of the registra-
tion of the respective names thereon and the age of each reg-
istered male at the time of such registration as they appear
on the poll books of the several election district of said coun-
ty, so to be made and filed; the said clerk shall append a
certificate that said poll books are fully and fairly made;
and for making such list the said clerk shall receive from
the County Commissioners of said county such compensation
as the County Commissioners of said county shall deem right
and proper; and for failure to perform the duty hereby im-
posed, the said clerk, to said election supervisors shall for-
feit and pay a fine to the State of Maryland of not less than
five hundred dollars nor more than one thousand dollars, in
the discretion of the court, to be recovered by indictment as
