Section 6, Section 20 and Section 26, respectively, as enacted
by Chapter 563 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, 1914, " entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments Chapter 311 of the Acts of 1904, " entitled
"An Act to incorporate the town of Vienna, in Dorchester
County, Maryland, " and to re-enact said Section 6, Section
20 and Section 26, respectively, with amendments. "

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Sections 5, 8, 9, 21, 22 of Chapter 563 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Janu-
ary Session, 1914, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Chapter 311 of the Acts of 1904, entitled "An
Act to incorporate the town of Vienna in Dorchester County,
Maryland"; and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sec-
tion 7, of Chapter 28 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
. Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1916, entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 3, 6, 7,
25 and 2 of Chapter 563 of the Acts of 1914; entitled "An
Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Chapter 311 of
the Acts of 1904, " entitled "An Act to incorporate the town
of Vienna, in Dorchester County, Maryland"; and to repeal
and re-enact with amendments Section 3, of Chapter 361 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the
January Session, 1918_; entitled "An Act to repeal Section 3 of
Chapter 28 of the Acts of 1916, " entitled "An Act to repeal and
re-enact with amendments Chapter 311 of the Acts of 1904, " en-
titled "An Act to incorporate the town of Vienna, in Dorchester
County, Maryland, " and to re-enact said Section 3 with amend-
ments; and to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
20, of Chapter 95 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January Session, 1927, entitled "An
Act to repeal Section 6, Section 20 and Section 26, respectively,
