cess, in any action, suit, or proceeding brought in this State,
which authority shall continue so long as any liability shall
remain outstanding.
(i) That the certificate or policy shall not be forfeited for
failure of the insured to give notice of change of occupation.
(j) That when a member or policy holder is injured or
killed by accidental means, compensation or indemnity shall
be paid to him or his beneficiary or beneficiaries according to
the hazard of the occupation in which he is actually employed
at the time of injury or death, and in accordance with a classi-
fication of risks to be prepared or adopted by the Insurance
Commissioner of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1st, 1929.

CHAPTER 268.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 8, 13, 20 and 30 of Article 88A
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title
"State Aid and Charities, " sub-titles "Burial of Soldiers
and Sailors, " "Volunteer Firemen" and "Mothers' Relief, "
said sections relating to appropriations to the Board of
State Aid and Charities, for the burial of certain soldiers
and sailors, for certain volunteer firemen and to the Boards
of Mothers' Relief.

CHAPTER 269.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section
626 of Article 4 of the Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1888), title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Justices of the
Peace and Constables, " said section being known as Section
643 of Wallace's Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
City (1927).
