paid to the Trustees of Charlotte Hall School, in St. Mary's
County, and to be applied by said Trustees towards the pay-
ment of the deficit in the cost of constructing and equiping the
new building of said school, including the installation of water,
sewerage and lighting systems.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of the several counties of the State and the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore are hereby respectively directed
to levy State taxes for the year 1930 at one one-hundredths
(1/100) of one cent on each one hundred dollars ($100. 00)
of assessable property; for the year 1931 at one one-hundredths
(1/100) of one cent on each one hundred dollars ($100. 00) of
assessable property; for the year 1932 and annually thereafter
to and including the year 1944, 2 one-hundredths (2/100) of
one cent on each one hundred dollars ($100. 00) of assessable
property, to be collected according to law, to meet the interest,
on the amount of said certificates outstanding and also to meet
and redeem so much of the principal in each of said years as
will be represented by certificates redeemable in each year, re-
spectively, as herein specified in Section 2 of this Act.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 264.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 21 of the Code of
Public Loca1 Laws of Maryland (1888 Edition), title "Tal-
bot County, " sub-title "Fish, " said new section to be known
as Section 107A, to follow immediately after Section 107 of
said Article and to limit the use of seines in certain parts
of Talbot. County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That a new section be and it is hereby added to
Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland '
(1888 Edition), title "Talbot County, " sub-title "Fish, "' said
section to be known as Section 107A, to follow immediately
after Section 107 of said-Article, and to read as follows:
