State; and shall thereupon, in case the company is organized
under the authority of this State, immediately institute such
legal proceedings as are necessary to protect the rights of all
persons in said company.

CHAPTER 219.
AN ACT to add eleven new sections to Article 1A of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1924 Edition), title "Aeronau-
tics, " as said Article was enacted by Chapter 637 of the
Acts of 1927; said new sections to be under sub-title "Air-
ports, " to be known as Sections 14 to 24, inclusive, and to
follow immediately after Section 13 of said Article, author-
izing municipal airports or landing fields and providing
regulations applicable thereto.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That eleven new sections be and the same are hereby
added to Article 1A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1924
Edition), title "Aeronautics, " as said Article was enacted by
Chapter 637 of the Acts of 1927; said new sections to be under
sub-title "Airports, " to be known as Sections 14 to 24, in-
clusive, to follow immediately after Section 13 of said Arti-
cle, and to read as follows:
14. The local legislative body of any city, village, or town
in this State is hereby authorized to acquire, establish, con-
struct, own, control, lease, equip, improve, maintain, operate
and regulate airports or landing fields for the use of airplanes
and other aircraft either within or without the limits of such
cities, villages, towns, and may use for such purpose or pur-
poses any property suitable therefor that is now or may at any
time hereafter be owned or controlled by such city, village,
or town.
15. The Board of County Commissioners of any county in
this State is hereby authorized to acquire, establish, construct,
own, control, lease, equip, improve, maintain, operate, and
regulate airports or landing fields for the use of airplanes and
other aircraft within the limits of such counties, and may use
