(d) For the paying for said bulkheading and the filling
in of land that has been done by the Commissioners of Cam-
bridge, on the waters of Cambridge Creek, within the said
corporate limits.

(e) For other permanent municipal improvements found by
the Commissioners of Cambridge necessary to be made.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That for the purpose
of making the said public park, the Acts of the Commissioners
of Cambridge in heretofore acquiring land for that purpose
be, and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed, and in
order to procure the additional land and property necessary
for the making of the said park, in addition to the land al-
ready acquired, the Commissioners of Cambridge are hereby
authorized and empowered to acquire the said property by
purchase, if possible to do so, by agreement with the owners
of such property, and if not possible to so acquire the said
property by purchase, then by condemnation proceedings, said
condemnation proceedings to be in the form and in the manner
provided by Article 33A of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, title "Eminent Domain. "

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from and after the 1st day of June, 1929.

CHAPTER 198.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
394, 398 and 415 of Staton's Code of Public Local Laws
of Worcester County, legalized by Chapter 304 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1920, title "Snow
Hill, " as said Section 394 was amended by Chapter 297
of the Acts of 1920, and to add a new section to said
Article, to be known as Section 405A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 405 of said Article.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Sections 394, 398 and 415 of Staton's Code
of Public Local Laws of Worcester County, legalized by
Chapter 304 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
