Town under the provisions of this Act and whose names are
not recorded in said book, together with such information as
the Mayor and Council of Gaithersburg may from time to
time by ordinance require to be recorded; and

(2) Strike from the said books the names of all deceased
persons, and of all persons who shall have removed from the
corporate limits of the said town and remained absent for a
period of six consecutive months and taken up their residence
elsewhere; provided, however, that no one shall be stricken
from said books who is a non-resident taxpayer above the age
of twenty-one years charged on the books of the town for
taxes on real estate.

When the Registrars shall complete their duties they shall
return the register book to the Clerk of the Mayor and Coun-
cil of Gaithersburg,

If anyone shall feel aggrieved by the action of the Regis-
trars in refusing to register or strike off the name of any per-
son, or by any other action, such person feeling aggrieved may
appeal to the Circuit Court for Montgomery County and its
decision shall be final.

3C. It shall be the duty of the Mayor and Council of
Gaithersburg to provide for each town election suitable place
or places for voting, suitable ballot boxes and ballots in the
form and arranged as provided in Section Sixty-three (63)
of Article Thirty-three (33) of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1924 Edition), except that such ballots shall contain
the name of every candidate who shall file a certificate of
candidacy as provided in the next succeeding section.

3D. No person shall be a candidate for any public office
in the government of the Town of Gaithersburg unless such
person shall file at least ten days prior to the time for hold-
ing the election at which he desires to be voted on, with the
clerk of said town, a certificate of his candidacy signed by
himself and a statement of the office which he seeks.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 13C of
the said Charter be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, to read as follows:

13C. To carry out the provisions of this Act and for the
