both civil and criminal, and to provide for the appointment
of a Clerk to said Police Justice, and to define his powers
and duties; and to provide for the appearance of the State's
Attorney before said Police Justice, when in his judgment
public necessity requires his appearance, and to provide for
his compensation by reason thereof, and to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 12 of Chapter 426 of the
Acts of 1927, which Act provided for the appointment of said
Police Justice and the appointment of a Clerk to said Police
Justice, and to repeal Sections 204 and 208 of Article 56
of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Licenses, " sub-
title "Motor Vehicles, " and more particularly designated
under "Part Five" of said Motor Vehicles Law, for the pur-
pose of identification and for repeal, and by express refer-
ence thereto to repeal said Sections 204 and 208 as aforesaid
in so far as the same or either of them are inconsistent with
the provisions of said Chapter 426 of the Acts of 1927.

CHAPTER 165.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3
of Chapter 328 of the Acts of 1918, which chapter incor-
porated the Town of Barton in Allegany County, said sec-
tion having been amended by Chapter 85 of the Acts of
1920; said amendments altering the corporate limits of said
town.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 3 of Chapter 328 of the Acts of 1918,
as amended by Chapter 85 of the Acts of 1920 be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as
follows:

3. The limits of the said town shall be as follows: Begin-
ning at a point marked "B" on the retaining wall along the
East side of the C. & W. Electric Railway and at the North-
west corner of the County Bridge, said point being the begin-
ning of the present boundary of the Town of Barton, and run-
ning with the following courses and distances:
