$35, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a school building at or near
Decatur Heights.

$50, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a school building at or near
Bradbury Heights, including the purchase of land if neces-
sary.

$33, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of an addition to the Riverdale
School, including the purchase of land if necessary.

$18, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of an addition to the Hyattsville
Elementary School.

$4, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a school building for colored
children at or near the present site of the Holly Grove School.

$4, 000. 00 or so much thereof as may be necessary for the
construction and equipment of a school building for colored
children at or near the site of the present Mitchellville School.

Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13, 000. 00), or so much there-
of as may be necessary for the construction and equipment of
an addition to the Cheverly-Tuxedo School.

The said Board of Education is thereupon authorized to is-
sue coupon bonds therefor in denominations of not less than
one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than one thousand dol-
lars ($1, 000. 00), each to be signed by the president of said
Board of Education of Prince George's County and counter-
signed by the County Superintendent of Schools with the seal
of the Board attached, provided that the coupons for the in-
terest thereof may be authenticated by the engraved, litho-
graphed or printed signatures of the president of said Board
and the County Superintendent. Said bonds shall be "dated
on the date of their issue and shall bear interest at a rate to be
fixed in the resolution of the Board of County Commissioners
of Prince George's County, hereinbefore mentioned, not to ex-
ceed five per cent. (5%) per annum, payable semi-annually in
each and every year until maturity, shall be exempt from all
county, state and municipal taxation, shall have printed on
them a reference to this act as authorizing the issue thereof.,
and may be registered as to the principal by the County Super-
intendent in a separate book to be kept by him for that pur-
pose, if such registration is desired at any time by any holder
thereof. The principal and interest thereof shall be payable
at some bank or trust company to be determined by said Board
