$2, 000. 00 per Company) as may be necessary from time to
time for the purchase, maintenance and replacement reserve
of such additional Volunteer Fire Companies as may be organ-
ized, provided such companies have complied with the require-
ments of this Act. No Volunteer Fire Company shall be organ-
ized in any part of Anne Arundel County (outside of the City
of Annapolis) without the approval of the County Commis-
sioners of Anne Arundel County.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1st, 1929.

CHAPTER 128.

AN ACT to repeal and to re-enact with amendments Section
3 of Chapter 300 of the Acts of 1924 of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, and to add one new section to follow
Section 4 of said Chapter 300 of the Acts of 1924, to be
known as Section 4A, to prohibit the sale or gift of intoxi-
cating liquors to persons under the age of twenty-one years
in Frederick County and to provide for the confiscation and
disposal by the Sheriff of Frederick County of any and all
intoxicating liquors or the materials and instrumentalities
for the manufacture or the transportation of the same in vio-
lation of the provisions of this law.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That Section 3 of Chapter 300 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1924 be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments; and that one additional section be
added to said Act to follow Section 4 thereof and be designated
as Section 4A, and that Sections 3 and 4A shall read as fol-
lows:

3. Whenever any person shall charge on oath or affirmation
before any Justice of the Peace, or any Grand Jury shall pre-
sent, that any person, persons, social club, firm or corporation
has or have violated, in Frederick County, any of the provi-
sions of Chapter 30 of the Acts of 1916 of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, or the provisions of Chapter 300 of the Acts
