mixed, as well as books and all objects of art and virtue,
and hold the same in perpetuity for the use of "The Wash-
ington County Museum of Fine Arts"; and to sell, dispose
of, invest and re-invest, any and all property so received by
them, as in their judgment may best serve the interest and
welfare of said public museum.

SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the real and per-
sonal estate authorized, by this Act to be held by the said
"The Washington County Museum of Fine Arts" for the
uses and purposes herein provided for shall be exempt from
all state, county and municipal taxes forever.

SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1929.

CHAPTER 122.

AN ACT to exempt for a period of four years all the prop-
erty, real and personal, of the Washington, Brandywine and
Point Look Out Railroad Company from county and local
taxation in Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles Coun-
ties.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland,
That all the property, real and personal, of the
Washington, Brandywine and Point Look Out Railroad Com-
pany shall be exempt for a period of four years, from all
county and local taxation in Prince George's, St. Mary's and
Charles Counties.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1929.

Approved April 11, 1929.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 216B
of Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Alle-
gany County, " sub-title "County Commissioners and Roads, "
