said deed being dated September 30th, 1927, and recorded
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L.
No. 4796, folio 463, etc., conveying a certain lot of ground
situate on the east of Cottage Avenue between Oswego Avenue,
formerly Derby Lane, and Shirley Ave.

To the gifts, bequests and devises contained in the last will
and testament of Cora Lee Norwood, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, dated on the fourteenth day of May, 1924, admitted
to probate on July 3, 1925, and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Wills for Baltimore City in Wills, Liber E. J. D,
No. 152, folio 407, unto

(a) St. John's Methodist Episcopal Church, South of Bal-
timore City (now known as Trinity Methodist Episcopal
Church, South).

(b) Women's Missionary Society of St. John's Methodist
Episcopal Church, South.

To the lease executed by David Keener and wife and Robert
G. Armstrong and Alexander F. Dulin, Trustees to William A.
Passavant and others as Trustees of the English Evangelical
Lutheran Church, worshipping in Luther Chapel, Baltimore,
Md., (which body corporate is now the Third English Evan-
gelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore, Maryland, a body cor-
porate of the State of Maryland) dated September 23rd, 1843,
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore County in
Liber T. K. No. 334, folio 168, of a certain lot of ground in
Baltimore City, State of Maryland, and also the holding and
disposal of said property by said Trustees and by said Third
English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore, Maryland.

To the deed executed by Henry D. Goetz to Fountain Bap-
tist Church of Baltimore City, Incorporated, a, body corporate
of the State of Maryland, dated January 4th, 1928, and re-
corded among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L, No. 4833, folio 53, of three lots of ground in Balti-
more City, State of Maryland.

To the deed executed by Howard O. Firor to The Bene-
dictine Society of Baltimore City, a body corporate of the
State of Maryland, dated October 4th, 1927, and recorded,
among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L,
No. 4797, folio 1 of two lots of ground in Baltimore City,
State of Maryland.

To the deed from James J. S. Donnell and William Don-
nell and wife to The Redemptorists, a body corporate of the
