1336 LAWS OF MARYLAND. [CH. 554

Rabillon, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record in the
Office of the Register of Wills for said city in Wills, Liber E.
R. D. 163, folio 334.

The following bequests contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Albert Gray, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of rec-
ord in the Office of the Register of Wills for said city, in Wills,
Liber E. R. D. 158, folio 63, viz:

(a) Oblate Sisters of Providence of Baltimore City.

(b) St. Francis Xaviers' Roman Catholic Church.

To the bequest to The Domestic and Foreign Missionary
Society of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the United
States of America, contained in the last will and testament of
Eleanor M. Kroesen, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of rec-
ord in the Office of the Register of Wills for said city in Wills,
Liber E. R. D. 158, folio 195.

To the bequest to West Baltimore Station of Methodist Epis-
copal Church, contained in the last will and testament of
Francis J. Willey, deceased, late of Baltimore City, of record
in the Office of the Register of Wills for said city in Wills,
Liber E. R. D. 161, folio 274.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Joanna Warfield Ewing, deceased, late of Balti-
more City, of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for
said city in Wills, Liber E. R. D. 159, folio 313, viz:

(a) Columbia Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church, in City
of Baltimore.

(b) Kelso Home for Orphans of Methodist Episcopal
Church.

(c) Strawbridge Home for Boys, Inc.

(d) Home for Aged of Methodist Episcopal Church.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Jacob W. Slagle, deceased, late of Baltimore City,
of record in the Office of the Register of Wills for said city in
Wills, Liber E. R. D. 160, folio 550, viz:

(a) Christ Church Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City.

(b) Maryland Society for Protection of Children.
(c) Christ Protestant Episcopal Church of Baltimore.

To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of William H. Marcus, deceased, late of Baltimore
